Join 4HAS and Nature Initiative for a unique opportunity to take a quick paddle over to Youngs Island in Stony Brook Harbor to do our semi-annual beach clean up on the Island. Please bring your own kayak and pfd, plus gloves, water, and lunch/snacks. We will provide bags for the smaller debris. We will spend the morning walking the perimeter plus some of the interior and discussing this interesting island while removing trash, and wil lend with a 1⁄2 hour paddle toward the Smithtown boat basin and back to the launch site, if the tides and winds are favorable.
