SECOND SATURDAY WALKS
2nd Saturday of each month:
Avalon Nature Preserve Bird Walk - 8 a.m. (April-October); 9 a.m. (November-March)
Frank Melville Memorial Park/Mill Pond Bird Walk, 11 a.m.
Leader: Luci Betti-Nash
Avalon: We meet at the Grist Mill, explore the immediate area including the pond and the boardwalk, and follow the trails through the fields and wooded areas.
Frank Melville: We meet in the parking lot behind the post office. We bird the north pond, south pond if time allows, and view the estuary and woodlands.
