Description: BIRDABILITY/ASSESSIBILITYAMBLE AT NISSEQUOGUE RIVERSTATE PARK, HIKE AND BIKEPATH

Please join Joy Cirigliano and Four Harbors as we hold our first accessibility amble on the Hike and Bike Path at Nissequogue River State Park. The steepest grade we will be on will be 3.5%. We will enter the park at the trailhead next to Gaio's garage at 59 East Main Street and amble down the asphalt path looking and listening for birds in the fields and woods adjacent to the path. There are a few benches along the path and the path is smooth. Meet in the east end of the Kings Park municipal lot next to the library and across from the fire station - * note: This is not the train station lot, it is the overflow lot to the north, on East Main Street in Kings Park.
