Description: Arguably the best birding in Suffolk County can be found at Robert Moses with 316 species reported on eBird. Spring brings an influx of migrating birds arriving in the early morning and spreading out within the conifers, hedgerows, median and dunes to fuel up after their long journey. We'll be searching for passerines such as warblers, flycatchers, tanagers, buntings, and vireos. Meet at field 5 parking lot near toll booth.
