Description: If you're a new birder or want to start birding you might find the activity a bit daunting. How do you go about identifying birds and how do you begin to think about identifying birds? In this presentation John Turner will provide a logical framework and some ideas and tips he has developed to make birding a bit easier to implement and practice.
John Turner is a Long Island naturalist, conservationist, writer, and a founding member of the Long Island Nature Organization and Long Island Pine Barrens Society.
